7.1 The Executive Committee will be responsible for the overall direction and operation of the Club, as its senior management team.
7.2 The Coaches Committee shall be comprised of the Technical Director, Coach Representatives (maximum 4 positions). Ex-Officio: Club President or designate.
7.3 Special Committees:

8.1 The club will be managed by the Club Director acting on behalf of, and at the discretion of, the Executive Committee.
8.2 The Executive Committee meetings will be convened by the Secretary of the club and held no less than Four (4) times per year.
8.3 The Executive Committee shall review all policies of the club yearly and revise as necessary.
8.4 The Executive Committee shall solicit club sponsorships or designate a party to do so on their behalf.
8.5 The quorum required for business to be agreed at Executive Committee meetings will be 2/3.
8.6 The Executive Committee will be responsible for adopting new policy, codes of practice and rules that affect the organisation of the club.
8.7 The Executive Committee will have powers to appoint subcommittees as necessary and appoint advisers to the Executive Committee as necessary to fulfil its business.
8.8 The Executive Committee will be responsible for hearing disciplinary appeals of members who infringe the club rules/regulations/constitution as determined by the Technical Director and/or Coaches Committee. The Executive Committee will be responsible for taking any action of suspension or discipline following such hearings. See ARTICLE 12 DISCIPLINE AND APPEALS.
8.9 The Technical Director will be responsible for determining the on-court philosophy and direction of the club, acting on behalf of, and at the discretion of, the Executive Committee.
8.10 The Technical Director and/or Coaches Committee will be responsible for initial discipline in cases involving coaches or athletes. Appeals will be heard by the Executive Committee with the Technical Director representing the Coaches Committee. See ARTICLE 12 DISCIPLINE AND APPEALS.
