1.1 The name of the organization shall be “Fuzion Volleyball Club”, herein after referred to as the Club.
1.2 The official logo of the Club and representative teams will be:
1.3 The official colours of the Club will be:
1.3.1 Navy Blue (Pantone 289)
1.3.2 Gold (Pantone 108)
1.3.3 Grey (Pantone 429)
1.4 Teams will use official colours for warm-up attire and assigned game attire as approved by the Executive Committee.
1.5 The term “Club premises” shall be understood to include all areas where Club players, Executive Committee and/or parents are conducting services under the permission of the Club Executive Committee. This shall include all meetings, practices, hosting of tournaments and/or fundraising events.
1.6 The Club is a non-profit, volunteer-driven, and run, volleyball organization for youth in the cities of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview and surrounding areas in the Province of New Brunswick.
The objective of the Club is to provide an appropriate structure to allow any athlete or coach to learn the game and to develop to their best potential.
3.1 To promote and develop the game of volleyball within the Southeast region of New Brunswick.
3.2 To offer coaching and competitive opportunities in volleyball, regardless of ability or social status.
3.3 To provide a structure for athletes and coaches to pursue post-secondary opportunities.
3.4 To promote enjoyment of the sport of volleyball.
3.5 To promote good sportsmanship.
3.6 To promote volleyball as a lifetime sport.
3.7 To contribute to the physical and mental well-being of Club members.
3.8 To promote the Club within the local community.
3.9 To develop the potential of athletes to become responsible citizens in their community.
4.1 Full members are defined as any members of the Club who are registered, paying members of Volleyball New Brunswick, and listed in the Volleyball Registration System (VRS) as members of the Club as well as having paid all club membership fees.
4.2 Full members may include, but are not limited to, any of the following persons:

4.3 Associate members are defined as any persons related to, or associated with, full members, mainly parents and guardians of athletes. These persons are not paying members of Volleyball New Brunswick, but are still considered members of the Club.
4.4 Membership in the Club shall be open to all registered players, head coaches, assistant coaches, team managers and Executive Committee members.
4.5 Membership is on an annual basis and the membership year shall be from June 1 to May 31 of the following year, with the exception of the Executive Committee who will remain in office until the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
4.6 The membership fees shall be determined by the end of June of each year.
4.7 No member shall canvas, solicit or exhibit any service or product of any kind whatsoever at a meeting, activity or event of the Club unless previously authorized by resolution of the Executive Committee.
4.8 No member shall utilize the membership telephone/email/mailing directory for solicitation or canvassing of any product or service whatsoever unless authorized by the Executive Committee.
4.9 Contacting players by phone, mail or email shall be done on a per team basis by that team’s coach or designate, or by the Coaching Director and/or the Executive Committee for Club mandated issues.
